By investing in organizational development, financial management, leadership, and strategic planning, ROAD ensures greater efficiency, accountability, and adaptability. Strengthening institutions from within enables ROAD to scale its impact, build trust with stakeholders, and respond more effectively to the needs of the communities it serves.
Goal
To establish ROAD as a self-sustained, credible, learning, and impactful organization that effectively responds to short-term and long-term developmental objectives in the arid and semi-arid regions of Kenya and the Horn of Africa.
